Well here's an interesting look at archery and the lost art of accurate rapid fire. The guy that narrates the video is not the best so try to focus on the information, not the speaker.

Holy cow!
This is incredible! I did archery as a varsity sport in high school but it was the very slow kind. It'd be fantastic to be as good as Lars.
