There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can.
....
The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

I found this which is apparently a Fallon thing. You don't have to watch the whole thing to get the idea.
But what is taking off in Asia is soccer pool. This looks more fun than bowling pool. (2Min)
Thanks for stopping by my site! I enjoyed yours and will be back! You are from St. Louis!!
I grew up in Pike County, Illinois, about 20 miles away from the Mississippi, crossing the bridge at the Marina got me to Louisiana, MO. Went to high school at Pittsfield, grad. in 1969.
Susan - I've been across the bridge at Louisiana a few times. When heading north to visit relatives we cross the river at Louisiana, Hannibal, or Quincy.
Pool bowling is obviously harder than it looks - or the players less ept.
ReplyDeleteSue - I think it's been around a while but I'd never heard of it before.
ReplyDeleteThat 'snookball' looks like fun.
ReplyDeletesnookball looks like a backyard project
ReplyDeleteKathy and John - There are a bunch of videos online. One, in particular, is a guy that made a bigger cheap one out of 2x4's in his back yard.
ReplyDeleteThis could be an actual sport, couldn't it.

ReplyDeleteI love playing pool and I would try both of these variations just for the fun of it!
ReplyDeleteDeb - Like I mentioned above. It doesn't look that hard to make your own.
