5321 - Exercise tips


I do as many as I can.




That's still losing weight!




My orthopedist said no running or jogging. I said not a problem.




Exactly.




Yes it does!




If I put the stationary bike wheel against the treadmill, then put my feet on the handlebars of the bike...

  1. Some of those exercises sound too energetic for me. Like climbing onto the stationary bike.

  3. Those diddly-squats are difficult for people with my documented lack of coordination, but I've managed to master them and now do hundreds every day.
