The hanger reflex works on me. A wire hanger with the flat side on the left
side of my head makes my head turn to the left. Not a snap turn or anything
dramatic but it happens non the less.

That's amazing. No, I didn't do it, because I have a creaky neck and it kind of scares me, but I read the articles and watched the video. The human body is weird and wonderful.

I have been pinching my head with a wire hanger for 5 minutes now but no reflex. Am I doing it wrong?
ReplyDeleteOk did a little more reading - guess everyone does not have this reflex. So I must be in the non reflex group.
ReplyDeleteLady - I read where you just put the hanger on sideways. Another place it said to put it on so the flat side is on the left or right side of the temple. But you may not have the reflex.
