There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can.

I like that Vertical Road. If I was younger I might give that a try. it reminds me a little of the boardwalk here along the coastline and I should get back there one day and take another stroll.
The steepest set of stairs I ever climbed was at Tintagel in Cornwall (13 years ago). I simply wouldn't be able to do it today in my current state of decrepitude.
At Macchu Picchu, there was a tiny house at the top of a long steep path from the city. I regret not going up there, but I had altitude sickness and wasn't in great shape. Still, I wish I would have done it.

Shaw - You got me looking. I thought "Screaming Like a Banshee" would be a good name for a band we could start. So I checked to see if a band was already out there with that name.
