There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can.
....
The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.
Well, that changed my breakfast plan to reheat yesterday's left-over baked potato. I am so glad I tossed the rice left-over for two days. spinach is now off the grocery list, and I will be cooking smaller portions of everything from now on. Absolutely, no leftovers.
I didn't sit through the entire video, too much explanation not enough actual information on what not to reheat. I almost never reheat things anyway, never eat spinach, leftover chicken gets eaten cold.
Do not reheat. Eat no spinach.

DeleteI guess I'm gonna die. How did my father live to 91 and reheat all his food? Like lasagna which has spinach in it. Nope, I'll die.
ReplyDeleteYou're just trying to get out of cooking stuff. Just like me. The microwave is my best friend.
DeleteI am in the Margaret/Peggy/Peg camp. Something's going to kill me eventually.
DeleteAnd I might as well eat food I enjoy before then.
