I don't know what study this comes from but I have seen stats similar to this before. (click it to big it.)

Especially the universal background checks on ALL gun purchases.

I'm With Stupid said...: It's always amazing how far out of touch elected officials are with the pulse of the country. The way the gerrymander congressional districts is usually to blame for that.
