I could easily have gone the rest of my life without seeing that picture.
Ugh....Mike, that is positively one of the ugliest photos I've seen on a blog. What a sad situation.
You are what you eat; I fear this poor lady is on a jerky diet. She looks dehydrated + emaciated - gravely so.
Question to the person who took the picture: Why, oh why? That's time that should have been spent taking her to a hospital pronto. I fear that had a bad end.
