OK, the trick is to stare at this until it stops vibrating. Trust me, you can do it!
Actually this shows how your eyes are making micro movements at all times. If your eyes stopped micro moving you would be blind.

I've used different optical illusions like this. People often say that there is motion -- until I show them a printed version that still has the same illusion of motion!
