There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can.
....
The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.
Well not all these things are only due to sugar because I don't eat any and still have a few of these conditions. However I do sleep better after cutting it out and have my weight under control.
I gave up using sugar in my coffee last spring and really enjoy the pure flavor of coffee without cream or sugar. I try to limit myself to very few, if any sweets, in my diet, choosing fresh fruits and berries. This is a bit difficult, since I live in the Italian section of Boston with Italian pastry shops (cannoli!) everywhere!
I know I consume too much sugar. Even without doing the test.
ReplyDeleteI was surprised I only got 16.
DeleteUh oh 😔
ReplyDeleteI know!

ReplyDeleteI have pills to sleep better. If I cut out sugar I would probably HAVE a heart attack.
DeleteI can relate to way too many of them.
ReplyDeleteDid you beat 16?
DeleteI got 9.
ReplyDeleteShow off!
DeleteWell I just polished off a cookie from Crumbl so no need taking that test.
ReplyDeleteHave another one for me!

ReplyDeleteOh, I know I eat way too much sugar. I'm addicted.
ReplyDeleteRight there with you.
DeleteMy adblocker stopped me from seeing the test, but I know I eat too much sugar, I always have, though I have been cutting back.
