There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can.
....
The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

6337 - When we still had hope
This is from the good ol' days when we had hope.
I wonder if anyone has made a full-size cutout of the orange idiot in the orange vest. I'd buy one and put it on my front lawn for the next four years.
I refuse to give him real estate in my head. One thing is certain it will not be boring or routine. Mentally prepared for the worst, cautiously. Hoping for the not as bad as feared
Not all us all voted for him. The count as of today is tRUMP 76,917,219. All others 77,001,049. So he had less than 50% of the total votes. And I don't think the counting is over yet.
I still can't believe he won.
ReplyDeleteI'm right there with you.

ReplyDeleteThe late night comedians are the winners.
DeleteCloudia nailed it.
ReplyDeleteI hope she's right.
DeleteI can't believe he won either and I'm back to not reading about him in the newspapers. Turn the page.
ReplyDeleteLike I said to Cloudia, the late night comedians are the winners.
