Here's a news site I didn't know about. It focuses mainly on the US but it has some articles that apply to everyone.
You'll notice there's nothing else here. That's because you probably won't be coming back today.
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Oh wow — that last line made me smile a little. “That’s because you probably won’t be coming back today.” I love that dry, slightly mischievous tone. 😄
And thanks for sharing NOTUS — I hadn’t come across it either. It’s always interesting when you stumble onto a news site that feels a bit under the radar but still publishes pieces with wider relevance beyond the U.S. Those are often the most thoughtful reads.
Also… after being out from 9 to 6, I completely believe you’re done for the day. If that site pulls someone into a rabbit hole of articles, it’s doing its job well.
Rest up. The internet — and explanations — can wait until tomorrow.
