I don't know if you got the email about the Phoenix Arizona flag incident or not. The email was obviously one sided but there was some stuff in there that pissed me off. The flag painting assholes are one thing. But the 'if your not with me your a traitor' assholes can be just as ignorant. Here's the picture and the email with some of my comments inserted. There is also a video at the end but it doesn't add to much more to the discussion than just the picture does.
This photo was taken at a rally at the state capitol yesterday. The news will not show it and the Capitol Police and Homeland Security would not let Americans or any of the Veterans that were there do anything about it. (How do you know the people demonstrating we NOT Americans?)
My husband and his friends were threatened to be arrested and were told they would be booked under federal charges if they did anything. (As they should be.) I am sending this to you so that you in turn can start emailing it to every one on your list. It is totally uncalled for and people need to see it. (You should have counter protested.)
This is not about politics and rhetoric (yes it is), it is about a direct threat to our country. Those of you that don't live in Arizona will maybe get a chance to see the other side of what the news is telling you. If this offends you great, than I have truly accomplished what I set out to do. (I don't like it but I'm not offended.)
I understand that sometimes we don't see eye to eye on certain things, but that is the right our forefathers fought for. (EXACTLY!!!!!!) I am an American before I am anything else. For those of you who choose to dismiss this. If you believe that this is okay I believe you are a traitor to this country and everything it stands for. (Well fuck you bitch)
I am not a racist and I am not a Nazi (HA!) this has nothing to do with race, it has to do with respect to the country that is continually taking you in and turning a blind eye to your agenda. (Your idea of respect which has nothing to do with the constitution.)
Homeland Security was designed to identify and defend America from Terrorist acts yet yesterday it let illegal and legal citizens of this country desecrate the Flag. (Can you prove it was an offical American flag? See my post 1178) People were spitting on it, stomping on it and burning it with cigarettes. One soldier who had just returned from Iraq tried to grab the flag and was thrown to the ground by the Capitol Police and Homeland Security. (He tried to disrupt a peaceful protest.) It amazes me how many people will stand against the American People while all the while prospering from our system and our government. (It is amazing isn't it? But that's what makes America great. You can do that.)
Too those of you that will forward this to your friends I applaud you for the courage to stand up for the country in which you live. (That's called free speech, just like the protesters were doing.)
To those of you who delete this, there is always someplace else for you to go. (Again, fuck you bitch. And I'm not going to go where you came from.)

Mike, apparently you are unaware that freedom of speech is only for me--not you.
Personally, I wonder why people that seem to hate the USA so much are still living here. It's not like there is a wall keeping them in...
The march of the flag and the cross is already here. Sad. Cheers Mike!!
Anyone who gets an email like that and just believes it without making any attempt to find out if it's true or not should be shot. Okay, maybe not shot, but they're definitely too stupid to function normally in society.
This indeed was a peaceful protest of a limited time in duration. What I hate to have to keep looking at is tattered old flags that people put up after 9/11 and haven't taken down yet. To me, that's much more disrespectful to the flag. There's one all wrapped up in a tree in front of someone's house not far from here, and it looks more like a kite now. It puts it on a par with the Confederate flags one occasionally sees south of here.
I agree with John. Period.
And I guess I can expect a Fox News Report on how this too is Obama's fault.
I believe my sentiments were expressed well by the person who once said, "If you're going to burn the flag, wrap yourself in it first." And Raquel, you are probably right about Faux News. Unfortunately.
J - I know I know, You would have thought I would have learned by now.
MM - Amen brother.
J - What the hell, let's start shooting.
C - I don't know if you've heard the stories about Chris going up and knocking on peoples doors that have tattered flags and bitching at them.
RW - This is definitely Obama's fault. No doubt what so ever.
B - I like the saying. If you're going to protest, do it right! None of this halfass stuff.
