Here's an article from PC World about VoIP. Now that people are getting into it a bit more they're finding out what a piece of crap it really is. I love the hidden fees complaint. The dropped calls and poor sound quality should have been expected. After all, VoIP is just packet switching which has been around for 40+ years but was never used for phone service because of ...... guess WHAT!!!!!
