Is the glass half empty or half full. Well it's neither. The glass is completely full. Half water and half air.
I just have to repeat this every once in a while. It's like one of those "do you still beat your wife" questions.

Well if you reeeally want to get technical the level is in a constant state of flux due to evaporation from the water and condensation on the side of the glass. So no one really knows the exact state at any particular time.
Isn't THAT a bunch of BS! Almost worse than the original question.
