328 - Lock 'em up

This can be interpreted as a bad thing or good thing. On one hand we have the most people locked up of any nation. On the other hand, if they were in a different country how many of them would have just been killed rather than locked up.

An excellent point...I wonder why no one else has made it. And I also wonder if it has occurred to anyone that we have a large prison population because: 1) we have a large population, period; and 2) lots of morons break the law. Hmmmm.....
