He won't get the same treatment at first. Bush did too good a job of being a bad president. The comedians are sad right now. But I'm sure they will get over it.
Blog Stalker's comment is perceptive. I think Obama will get more of a free ride than Bush because everyone will be afraid of being labeled a racist for lampooning him. He'll take his lumps, but it's a lot easier to make fun of Bush who, after all, provided some of the world's best cartoon fodder.
The way Bush is drawn is so funny. I'd love to see a cartoon of him and the previous Australian PM John Howard who had the crazy eyebrows!
I watched W's final press conference a day or 2 ago and he created a new word..He told the press corp that sometimes they "misunderestimated" him.
Mike, even you couldn't make that up.
Bandit, I think you've greatly undermisunderestimated me.
