I've always had a problem going to sleep at night. What time does your body tell you to go to bed? 9pm? 10pm? How about mine - 2am. Of course being retired helps a lot on that front. I still get 8 hours of sleep. Just a different 8 hours. Here's an article that helps explain some 'get to sleep' problems. Of course their 'fix' probably doesn't work for everyone.

My body has given up telling me when to go to sleep. As soon as I lie down, the baby inevitably starts fussing and I have to get up again.
ZZZZZZZZZ.........
I'm usually a close to midnight girl..which means 6 hours of sleep for me :(
I usually am asleep by 1 A.M., but I don't get off work until 9 P.M., so it's not like I'm up late by choice. Cheers Funny Man!!
Sleep? What are you talking about? Don't you know that stuff happens when you're sleeping?
Although I do enjoy the occasional sleeping in, mostly I think of sleep as a waste of time...I mean you're just lying there doing nothing. If I'm going to be doing nothing, I want to be awake to enjoy it!
wv: rookabi--a complicated Middle Eastern chess move.
I'd answer everyone but I think I need a nap.
Huh. *zzzznorrrrr*
