1305 - Google Maps

Google maps has a problems link. I was looking at an area around my house recently and saw a bunch of anomalies. You can send in one problem at a time. I decided to keep sending until I thought I had them all.

I really wasn't expecting to hear back from anyone. But guess what -

Your Google Maps problem report has been reviewed, and you were right! We'll update the map soon and email you when you can see the change.

How frequently do you check out your house? Its been so long since I looked around that I can't remember how to actually look up and down our street.

It's people like you that make the world a better place. I guess you were inspired by Dana's "Do Something" post.

How many times have you dealt with a large company and they say you are right? I'm impressed.

A - I'm always looking at maps. They're almost better than porn. I've seen a few errors in the past but never took the time to figure out how to report them.

MM - It's a tough job but somebody has to do it.

LA - I've worked for a big company. What wrong with a big company? Start with just the concept of 'big company' and then work your way down.

RW - And I'm usually the one saying, 'I DIDN"T DO IT!!!'

B - And five times in a ROW! Waiting for the last two.

D - I hate to break this to you but people under 50 will never get to retire.
