1900 - Water

So here's an interesting look at water. If all the water on earth were put into a sphere, look how big the sphere would be compared to the rest of the earth. That doesn't look like a lot of water does it?

And then we jump to Europa, a moon of Jupiter. Look at the water sphere it has. It's bigger than the earths.

So besides being interesting science stuff I think this is just a cool picture. And if you want to see it full screen, go HERE. Click the picture, then plus size the picture. Plus there's a little more explanation at NASA's site.

Would you believe I took that picture myself? Now I've got to go put all the water back. This is going to be a pain. Especially separating the salt water from the fresh water. And THEN moving Europa back to Jupiter.

Mikwe, it's a great picture and demonstrates the proportionality of water to terra firma.

mike, you come up with te most mind-expanding posts. Thank you for the good read.

Maybe you can get Mickey's brooms from The Sorceror's Apprentice to help.

No wonder my water pressure was so good yesterday! You placed all of the Earth's water on Missouri!

Europa could be one big water park, or Party Cove.

Does that water sphere include all the bottled water available at Walmart?

Angel - Not much water by comparison is there?

Duck - I think I made need a few more brooms.

John - Hopefully it wasn't to muggy.

King - Or ice skating rink. The ice is over 100 miles thick.

Jay - OH NO, I forgot about Walmart water!! Now I have to set this shot up AGAIN.
