Well I got an email from a friend about Chinese Walmarts. It was showing all the products they carried. At the end was something I'd never seen before OR have seen and instantly forgotten. It's called Meat Water.
Yes it's your favorite meat in a bottle. Chicken, beef, salmon, shrimp you name it. It's bottled. Here's a commercial.
So remembering the 'pet rock' I went to check this out. Seems Meat Water has been around since 2008. At least the advertising has been around. A guy went to a lot of trouble to show how people will fall for stuff on the internet. (But remember the pet rock? That was real.)
If you want to see the whole line of fake products you can go to http://dinnerinabottle.com/ . I would send you to Wikipedia so you could read an explanation of this but there's no Wikipedia page about it. The best explanation I could find was an article HERE.

Fantastic! How bizarre can things go? Andouille-flavored water, perhaps?
That is so strange! If it was real, I think I would be tempted to at least try one of them.....
I remember Jones Soda had a turkey and gravy-flavored soda for Thanksgiving.
Angel - I had to look up Andouille. Sounds spicey.
Amanda - Try one while standing by the toilet?
Elvis - I gag just thinking about it.
If they really did make Meat Water I would give it a try.
Jay
Jay - They could be your IWS sponser.
A boullion cube dissolved in hot water could taste about the same.
Grand - Several people I talked to today have mentioned boullion cubes, chicken broth and even hotdog water.
