update - Well two video links have disappeared now. Apparently someone doesn't want you to see this.
Update 2 - I found an animated GIF of the accident and uploaded it. It's not the quality of the other videos but no one can delete it.

Yikes! Good reminder that no matter how hard a fight it is to get the child strapped in sometimes....its worth it.
Amanda - I'll bet that mother and father never forget to strap the kid in again.
How awful! Anyone who saw this would never forget to use a car seat again!

Late to the party as always... sigh.
That being said, I'd never be stupid enough not to strap my child in safely. I kind of like them.

The use of infant car seats should be required by law, and nonuse be considered child neglect or abuse.
Kristen - I think this was in Russia. I don't think the Russian government cares.
