It's mostly about exercise and weight loss. The video is called The Truth About Exercise with Michael Mosley. And it has an expiration date. So you have until May 10th to watch it. Or wait for it to show up on PBS some time in the future.
But this is worth watching now. I know I know, 57 minutes, who has time? Well take time for this.
Just some of the things Mosley does is do blood tests before and after exercise to see if it actually does any good. The answer is... surprise! Maybe, depending on your genetics.
Know somebody with (or susceptible to) type II diabetes? Lots of info on reducing your risks. So take the time before May 10th to watch this.
Watch The Truth About Exercise with Michael Mosley on PBS. See more from Michael Mosley.

Is this going to add some motivation to help me wake up at 5.15am tomorrow morning to get to the gym by 6am? I failed this morning....
I'll give it 57 minutes after work. His diet plan is so working for rick and he finds it easy. Thankfully his daughters wedding got him motivated.
I'm guessing exercise is probably useless if you drive through a fast food joint on your way home from the gym. I might be wrong though.
Jay
Amanda - It might. Because you may be spending less time there once you get there.
Peg - Rick could be one of 'those people'. And you may not.
Jay - Not necessarily. Watch the video.
Well I watched it as I ate my lousy 3.5 ounces of veggies and 3.5ounces of protein with no butter or fat of any kind. :-(
But i was on my ass, which made me feel guilty after watching this.
Unless one is monitored we would have no idea if this works for us all. The idea of 3 days a week and only a couple of 20 second intervals is so appealing though isn't it?
Peg - I think the guy worked up to a full minute three times a week. But if that's all it takes to significantly lower your risk it's worth doing.
I'll give it a view. I need something after the sad news from Boston.
Angel - I know what you mean.
