Well are we going over the edge or not? Here's the beginning of an article about a kid that has been arrested.
The case of teenager Cameron Dambrosio might serve as an object lesson to young people everywhere about minding what you say online unless you are prepared to be arrested for terrorism.
The Methuen, Mass., high school student was arrested last week after posting online videos that show him rapping an original song that police say contained “disturbing verbiage” and reportedly mentioned the White House and the Boston Marathon bombing. He is charged with communicating terrorist threats, a state felony, and faces a potential 20 years in prison. Bail is set at $1 million.
I found what I think is the VIDEO. As with most rap stuff (notice I didn't say songs) I can't understand a damn thing the kid is saying. But I don't get a terrorist vibe from the video.
So now we are arresting people for being stupid? Why is FOX news still on the air then?
And just how vague is 'communicating terrorist threats' anyway?

It's just angry-sounding gibberish!
Welcome to the Totalitarian States of America.

This is just an example of the extreme overreaction to past events. Schools and businesses are now so scared of something bad happening, followed by the predictable enormous lawsuit, that it's easier just to lay down ridiculous blanket restrictions that cover every possible contingency with the broadest possible blanket of legalistic folderol. I disagree with Jay - it's not the (I assume you mean, "government of the") Totalitarian States of America ... it's the ludicrous morons who live there and have forfeited their responsibility to think and exercise common sense.
Angel - I'm glad I'm not the only one that can't understand him.
Jay - Are we just getting up a head of steam? Bigger and better still to come?
Bilbo - Extreme overreaction for sure.
