Here's one question. 'Which state has the worst scenery?' Here's the map..
Flat Kansas wins hands down. No question about it. But the rest of the states. Well I guess it depends on where you live.
Now the strange thing is about where I live, in Missouri. The apparently boring state. Of all the 21 best/worst questions, Missouri was basically a no show. The best? Nope. The worst? Nope. Well I like it here. In my basement. With my computer. I go out sometimes. No really I do.

So, people think that Louisiana is the drunkest, West Virginia has he ugliest people, and they would most like to see Texas kicked out of the Union. Very interesting.
New York is the rudest, I totally agree!
wow having traveled to all these states except Alaska and Hawaii I would not agree with any of these except ridding ourselves of Texas.
Having lived in VA while working in NY I would say that they are far from the rudest people in the lower 48. It's a cliche that people who never spent any time there always say.
Angel - New Orleans has to up the ante for drunkest in Louisiana.
Peg - You've been to all 48 states? I'm impressed. At least I'm one up on you for Hawaii.
They got New York and New Jersey right.
And the Massholes do have the funniest accent!
