And then there is this little diddy. The US News College Ranking system? It seems it has nothing to do with the colleges themselves. It's all about the ACT and SAT scores of the incoming freshmen that haven't even attended the school yet. Read it HERE.

Paper is still good for something!
Jay - you clearly never had the experience of visiting the former East Germany, where it WAS plastic in the men's room ... or, at least, grade Z waxed paper.
