I still do this.
This makes perfect sense ... to a speaker of english.
Take that teacher...
I haven't tried this so I don't know how good the hack is.
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Caffiene suppositories? What's wrong with coffee?
Wait! The Google Translate thing really works???
Jay
Angel - The suppositories give a kick from a different direction.
Jay - I know it works for translating. I use it all the time. Especially when Angel starts talking French. I don't know about the proxy trick.
I'll stick to getting my caffeine the traditional way.
...and I also get paid to look out the window (on my tower days)!
okay caffeine goes in my mouth comes out that end. I think they need some book learnin'
It's a good Google feature.
My wife and I like out A.M. coffee too much as a way of easing into the day. When I was working, we were all coffee fiends. The whole Wesleyan Hall at UNA was awash in coffee. Coffee High School was four blocks away.
John - So you have the two extremes on your job. Look out the window or sit in a dark room.
Peg - Maybe both ends would get you going twice as fast.
Duck - I've never been able to stand coffee. The bitterness is unfixable for me.
