Well apparently you can get away with things in Russia than would have you on the sex offenders list in the US.
The point of this video is a guy shakes hands with Putin after touching, wait for it, 1000 pairs of boobys. And all 1000 touches are recorded. Have you got a spare 20 minutes? Have a look. Or you can watch 20 or so touches and jump forward, watch 20 or so more, jump, watch 20 more jump... you get the picture. He finishes in a flurry.
Also some interesting reactions. At 9:08 he gets a love bite. And at 15:52 he gets groped back. I'm sure there are more that I missed.
The video has about a minute setup before the grabbing begins.

He certainly had a good time. And some of the Russian girls were not displeased.

It seemed that most of the women took their breasts being felt up as a kind of homage.
If I ever go to Russia I will have to take part in this custom. I'm all about experiencing other cultures and learning about their customs.

I have a lot of comely Russian friends, but somehow I don't think they would allow me to be quite that friendly. Sigh.
