So here are the 3 month forecasts for Dec - Feb for precipitation and temperature. For the St. Louis area it's supposed to be drier than normal with normal temperatures. You know what that means. I'll be digging out of snowfall after snowfall all winter long.

Thanks for the info. According to NOAA we'll be 33% wetter this winter. Snow............
If we relied on the weatherman's forecast, we would all be dressed incorrectly. It's even cold in Texas this morning, but they did get that prediction right!
It promises to be a cold winter, more less.
