By hoarding pallets you never run out of pallets. Pallet dwellings and art transforms the ordinary pallet to a work of art. That is transcendence!
A pallet staircase should be sturdy.
I've seen some of the lumber used in these pallets, and I'm not sure I'd trust having a staircase, let alone a house built from them.
