3141 - Gut bacteria and the brain

Here's an article that anyone that has kids, grandkids, plans on having kids, or knows people with kids should read.

From the article...
A growing body of data, mostly from animals raised in sterile, germ-free conditions, shows that microbes in the gut influence behaviour and can alter brain physiology and neurochemistry.

According to the article this can affect very young children the most. And it sets them up for the rest of their life, good or bad.

Print the article out and take it to the bathroom where you won't be in a hurry to finish it ..... the article that is.
