3388 - Best Western
Did I stay at Best Western? Nope. What I did do was listen to one of their commercials. This one.
I'm listening to the music in the background and thinking, I know that song. But what is it? With me not being able to remember song titles or group names, a long search began. You have to put in a precise word string in the google search box to find stuff. 'Best Western commercials' will get you more than you can look at in a couple of hours.
So the google finally suggested Best Western TV Spot, 'Summer 2016 Promotion'. This is what I was looking for even though there are several variations of it depending on the country it's shown in.
So this got me to the song 'Best Day of My Life' by a group called 'American Authors'. I never knew the song name nor have ever heard the group name American Authors. Well I can't say that anymore. This could be the best day of my life. WAIT! This IS the 'Best Day of My Life'!
My favorite part? The guitar riff.

I like the guitar riff too! A nice song. Like you, I never heard of this group before.
I thought I had heard it before but honestly it must be from the commercial because I have never heard of American Authors.
They're a group I never heard before.
