Well have you noticed the new blogger format when you pick 'design'? It's not that much different but it's enough to make you take another look.
And then there is the 'new post' page. It has a couple of new (to me, in case someone else saw them first) icons.
The smiley face icon is the one that can keep you busy checking out all the new icons to pick from. Here's the drop down boxes you get.

I haven't done much exploring on it yet, probably won't change much for me. You know how us grumpy conservative old men can be.
