Here's the one place men and women don't have a problem doing there bodily functions right next to one another.
So lets rip out all the stalls in the men's and women's bathrooms and put a little blue hut over the potties. Then anyone can use any bathroom they want too.

Yeah!
I was actually in a place that just had one unisex, multi-person restroom. When you walked in there was a row of sinks on one side and multiple full door (think small room) stalls on the other.
Potties like that smell bad. Ugh!
As good a plan as any.
