Here's a meme that's basically true.

It's basically true except for me. My assessment has been coming down for the past few years. But there has been nothing consistent over the long run. It goes up, it comes down.

I think the old pickup that's up on blocks without tires may have brought it down a little (not). This year I think I'll add some old siding of different colors and see what happens. (not)
