I've seen articles before about the 7 years theory (dog vs human) being wrong. But here's an upgrade to the dog age chart. This one breaks dog ages down by size also. According to this chart our dog Max (16 1/2) lived to be about 90 years old.

That is a better age comparison scale than the 7:1 one. Breed size is important.
