There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Hired and fired one recently.
He worked two days - actual work time for 2 days was 9 hrs. Rest, of course, was travel time. He had to take the 3rd day off because he was tired and sore. No more Millenials.
I was working young (had my own apt at age 16) and took pride in my work ethic. They're not even embarrassed - or know there is another way. Baseless self esteem is the bane of society - just look at the idiot in the white house. appealing to the worst in low information people is not an admirable talent
Millennials are getting screwed over by employees. Just like those in other age groups.
What Cloudia said.
That was a weird interview. Shocking that she didn't get the job!
