It's Getting Busy, a Ten Things of Thankful Post
2 hours ago
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

For more than 40 years, I got up at 4:00 AM to go to work. Now that I'm retired and can sleep as late as I like, I automatically wake up by 5:00 AM. And if I take an afternoon nap, I don't sleep at night. What's up with all that?
Oh Mike & Bilbo, retired old people problems. I want them.
On weekends, I always feel like I'm sleeping late, but when I wake up, it's only about 5:30. (I get up weekdays at 5)
I have no regular sleeping times.
I go to bed when I'm sleepy.
I get up when I'm finished sleeping.
Life is hard.
NOT!
