I dunno man, I drive around in the USA and the neighborhoods look abandoned, nobody at all outside. When I was a kid, we were all out all day!
I think people just sit in front of their screens all day in the AC. I think it's a bad thing.

I love this. I'd prefer to be home than anywhere...okay lie. I love the beach more than anything, if I could have both I'd die happy.
