In Missouri the time off max is 3 hours. When I was working, years ago, we had to sign up for the time off. Then they would figure who got extra time off in the morning or the afternoon. The polls close at 7:00 so if you normally got off at 5:00 you would get an extra hour by getting off at 4:00.
If you normally got off at 4:00 then you didn't get any extra time off.
