I've never had this problem at work. I never brought my lunch. I bought my lunch.
And the few times I did bring a sack lunch I would forget that it was in the fridge and go out for lunch anyway.

I knew a woman who made a dog poo sandwich because her lunch was always stealing her lunch. Whoever it was, took it out of the fridge and she saw it was gone when she went to get it. Then the next day it was back in there. The robber brought it back. That made me laugh.
A guy on my ship had his wife send ex lax cookies because people were stealing the cookies she send. I, of course, was uninvolved and unaffected.
There's nothing more annoying that having your lunch stolen.
