If anyone watches the Colbert late show you see screens like this all the time. A screen in screen picture of someone, usually Fox not News saying something stupid.
I would look at the screen and think that the dots and dashes around the main picture look like morse code. I wondered if Colbert and crew were sending hidden messages that only they knew about.
Well, no they aren't. I took this picture and decoded it. It's just random dots and dashes. So unless they sneak a real message in every once in a while there's nothing to them. Here's this picture decoded.
