There were all kinds of comments about this. Just a few of the comments suggested it might be fake. So I did a google picture search. It didn't take long to find the original picture.

Oddly disturbing. One could see her bureaucracy producing such... And then defending it with twisted reasoning. Or maybe I've just been paying too much attention to the news lately.
