I missed this the other night but found it online! It's a PBS NOVA show called The Violence Paradox. And unfortunately, it's a 2 hour show. But it was worth watching. So I'm putting a link here. Save it and watch it when you have the time. It's a good show. It talks about why people are violent and how to curb violence.
