There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

Oh you silly man, thank God for Claudia or you may not be writing this today. I hope you are feeling better soon!!
Kudos to your wife for calling 911 and glad they discovered and rectified that blocked artery! Feel better soon, you with your new stent and meds.
Take care of yourself, buddy.
I'm glad to see you're back at the blog.
Missed you.
You kid around so much that I kept waiting for the punchline. Took me a bit to get this really happened to you. Glad it was handled so expertly and that you're on the mend.
Not a heart attack? Looks like you dodged a bullet. Hope everything's OK from here on in.
Please take care of yourself, Mike! We need your wacky yet dead-on perspective!
Thank goodness your wife is the smart one! Take care and thanks for the blog.
A little high? That's an understatement! Take care of yourself and listen to your wife and your doctors. I'm glad you got the problem fixed and that you're home again. It must have been scary for both you and your wife.
Oh no! So sorry this happened to you. Wishing you a speedy and complete recovery. Cloudia is right, we need your perspective!
Oh gosh, Mike. So sorry to hear you had such a scare. Glad your wife called 911 when she did. I hope you are better now. Take good care of yourself. Wishing you all the best!
**YIKES** I hope you recover quickly and that blood pressure evens out!
Who is this Dana stranger? I'd given up on you. Now I see you post once or twice a year whether you need to or not. Are you on Tumblr? I dropped Tumblr a while back. Maybe I'll have to sign back up.
