The information you shared seems perfectly reasonable to this tree hugging leftie.
And how I wish that everyone (regardless of their age) did have access to non exploitative physical closeness.

EC- I agree.
DSWS - I had to look it up myself - German Federal Centre of Health Education (BZgA) in Cologne.
I see this as perfectly acceptable. Parents are upset by this yet they will let their kids play video games with extreme violence and sexuality with no discussion and that's okay. head scratcher.
