It just a little bug that flys around, right?
So some of them built a nest on my utility trailer. I went to hook it up and noticed them flying in and out from underneath the trailer. So I went and got...
Sprays 20 feet. Well, I didn't have 20 feet of maneuvering room. So I bent over and gave them a shot. I remember the old wasp killer I had. It would hit them and they would drop like rocks. This must be the new and improved version. They all flew off.
This spray is more of a foam rather than a liquid. I foamed the hell out their nest. Here comes another one out. I blasted it again. It went down to the ground but was still walking around. I covered it in foam until it was buried in it.
Then I saw two antennae poke out of the foam. Then the little sucker came crawling out. By then his friends are back that flew off. I'm spraying them in the air and they are flying right through this stuff. I looked down to see if I had to protect my flank anymore. Nope, the little sucker finally died. And his friends abandoned the area for now.
I got the trailer hooked up and happened to see one of them fly back under the trailer. I said hold on, buddy, you're going for a ride.

I am probably in the minority, but I try not to kill bugs. And send my partner bat-shit crazy when I escort spiders out of the house.
The fact that many of the bug sprays make me sick might have something to do with. Instant headache and vomiting type sick.
Humans must be ruthless toward bugs. There is eternal war between humanity and buggery.
Good thing you didn't get stung!
EC - You could be a test subject for new bug sprays. "Is she throwing up? No? It needs to be stronger!"
I - Exactly!
DSWS - When three of them first came flying out of the foam I thought they were coming after me. But they flew off instead.
Last year we were notified by a crew which cleans our circle every week that we had a hornet nest at the end of our drive. One of the guys was stung.
We bought dry ice from the grocery store and put that in at night.
JF - I've never heard of the dry ice method. I'll have to remember that.
