How many are back?
I know I've seen pictures of Biden with bunches of things to sign on his desk. But I wonder how many of these he's gotten around to restoring? So if someone wants to take up the challenge of tracking all these down to see if they have been restored, I'll be anxiously awaiting to hear from you.

Sigh. Being POTUS is always a busy job. Past POTUS has made it even busier. And more important.
Our selfish greed could never allow us to do the right thing. We live only in the moment, with complete disregard for the future. We don't put any value on our descendants' future, we value only what we have and what we can get. That is America, it has been that way for years and Trump just came in to fire up and give voice to the deplorables to make it worse.
I thought that was YOUR job. I'm busy finding good cartoons and editorial bloopers.

I looked at the list, and all those are ACTS, that is to say, laws passed by Congress. As I understand it, a president can't repeal a law; only Congress can do that- what the orange menace and his merry band of greedy criminals did was to simply stop enforcing all those laws. Probably via Executive Orders. So all Biden has to do is to order the various govt. offices to resume enforcement of the laws still on the books- via Executive Order if necessary. Also- very glad that Bilbo plans to continue finding good cartoons- I am still laughing about Hercules giving his cat a pill...

Ol - I should have done a tree post today since it's arbor day. Planting a tree is about as forward-looking as you can get when you know you'll never see it fully grown.

My understanding is that he deregulated as many areas as he could in Departments throughout the government. Some Acts were simply not enforced or starved of money and others went through the process of removing restrictions from the laws. These latter ones will have to go through the process to be reinstated all over again in those same Departments. That will take time, sometimes years.
And I don't want to track them all down either. I trust Biden and his Administration will fix them when they can.
