Colour me ignorant.
Obviously, some poor chap sauntered into his kitchen in the wee hours of the morning and thought he saw his girlfriend cooking while dressed in this provocative attire, but then realized it was not her, but instead, it was her girl friend and he didn't know what to do, other than snap a pic and create a meme while stumbling upon his own tongue. I can't tell you how many times that has happened to me.

Haven't a clue, except I don't usually have the egg carton on the burner where the pan should be, but what Ol' Simmons came up with was very creative.
