Let's do some (northern hemisphere) fall colors before they're gone.
A late addition.
There are billions of people and a version of normal to go along with each one of them. No two versions are exactly the same. There will be hundreds of thousands of little things that make up your version of normal. With any luck you can find people that have close to the same idea of what normal is that you do. These are your friends. Anyone else you try to tolerate as best you can. .... The exact definition of normal depends on who's running the asylum.

I adore arboreal fireworks. Thank you.
Lovely hues, I guess we're about a fortnight behind you, so I'll do some too when/if we get a sunny day :-)
I've already seen some trees with hints of color, but nothing like these!
Fall foliage is the best!
Sue - I love the colors.
Stu - I'm surprised you aren't ahead of us.
Kathy - A great view in the fall is the hill along the Meramec River from 44 to the south. You can see it from 44 but the best place to get pictures is from the river road, Yarnell Rd., in Fenton. I was by there last week and it hadn't turned yet.
Deb - Yes it is.
Mike, those images really are some of the most visually stunning and aesthetically pleasing i`ve ever seen, in fact i was trying to think of something/anything landscape or otherwise that had an even greater amazing splendor and perfect grandeur to it and the ONLY thing i could think of was the truly incredible 17 year-old Pauline Hickey from 1985.
LJ - Then these are truly magnificent pictures for sure.
Nope.
Cool!
Cloudia - One day I'll make a trip to Maine to see ... HA! who am I kidding.
I agree that hill is stunning in the fall. Thanks for the suggestion about Yarnell-zooming by on 44 doesn't give you much time to appreciate it.
Stunning!
CC - I agree!
Kathy - I finally found your comment.
